Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – MUST.

  • Smart, presentable, confident, and service-oriented.

  • Strong computer skills — MS Word, Excel, Email communication & Social platforms.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

  • Experience in hospital / medical tourism / airport meet & greet is an advantage.

  • Preference for candidates with Front Desk / Reception / Travel Agency / Customer Service background.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and receive visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and schedule consultations/appointments.

  • Coordinate with Office Boss & Others Staffs regarding Clients updates, confirmations, and Clients documentation.

  • Ensure high-quality service and support for all visitors and clients.

  • Handle daily Company Official Facebook Pages Reply, Comments, Posts, Data Collect, record management, and prepare reports.

  • Maintain Visitor logs, Client files, and appointment schedules.

  • Prepare and manage official documents using Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Collect Clients feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.

  • Manage official emails, messages, and online inquiries professionally.

  • Assist the internal team during events or VIP arrivals.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
