• Must be well dressed, presentable, well organized, and punctual.

• Sound computer skills, especially MS Office, Browsing, and Emailing.

Office hours: 11 am to 7 pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

• Schedule and confirm client appointments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Provide basic information and guidance on cosmetic products and beauty treatments offered.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and skincare routines.

• Upsell beauty products and services to clients.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and professionally.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain confidentiality of client details.
