Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a reputable travel agency.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of online visa portals and documentation procedures.

Attitude: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum Stay Period Three Years Working Mentality @ Our Company.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Visa Processing Expert who also possesses strong knowledge of Tour Operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end visa applications for various countries and design attractive tour packages for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visa Processing: Prepare and manage visa documentation for various countries (Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Asian countries).

  • Consultancy: Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, fees, and processing times.

  • Tour Planning: Design, customize, and execute domestic and international tour packages.

  • Booking & Logistics: Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transport arrangements.

  • Client Relationship: Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide support until their travel is completed.

  • Problem Solving: Efficiently handle any issues related to visa rejections or travel disruptions.
