• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills to negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and payment with both suppliers and buyers.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with dyeing, printing, and stitching processes.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for preparing reports and monitoring, and email communication.

• Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written & oral) for communicating with international suppliers.

• Order Acquisition: Handle client inquiries individually, ranging from inquiry to sample development, negotiation, order confirmation, and final delivery.

• Technical Support: Discuss specifications for raw materials (fiber types, chemicals) with technical teams at factories to ensure product suitability.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the textile industry to inform company strategy.

• Commercial Documentation: Liaise with the commercial department for LC (Letter of Credit) opening, shipping documents, and payment collection.
