  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM/Lead tools.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) will be a plus

  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Target-oriented and result-focused mindset



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Central University of Science & Technology (CUST) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage the university’s digital marketing activities, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility, student recruitment, and online engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms

  • Manage official social media pages (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content (text, image, video)

  • Manage paid advertisements (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and optimize performance

  • Generate student leads through digital campaigns and ensure lead quality

  • Track, manage, and optimize leads for admissions and promotional campaigns

  • Monitor website traffic, lead performance, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools

  • Coordinate with admission, academic, and media teams for lead conversion and promotional activities

  • Maintain and update website content in coordination with IT/design teams

  • Prepare regular performance, lead, and analytics reports

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
