Responsibilities & Context:
o Inspect customers' financial ability as well as behavioral characteristics.
o Ensuring on-time completion of the assessment cycle.
o Regular follow-up & provide Phone calls before his assessment date.
o Physically visit the customer's house/Office for better communication.
o Ensure the regular EMI collection from the customers.
o Collect overdue amounts from the customers.
o Visit the customers if any problem arises.
o Initiate seize drive if necessary.
o Maintain the Overall customer follow-up.
