Experience:
Assist National Sales Head & CEO in planning of business goals, setting strategies and execution of marketing activities to strengthen the brand equity.
Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department & develop sales report, presentation & strategy accordingly.
Monitoring sales for each region, dealer, company showroom & sales staffs.
Analyze sales performance details Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and annually.
Preparing, keeping and updating analytical report and provide to the Head of department Coordinate between field team & head office regarding bike, marketing & others issue.
Analyze various competitor information & provide report as required Attend management meetings, prepare agenda, minutes of meeting and remain to follow up on all decisions.
Monitor, analyze & follow-up dealer issues and report to Department Head.
Dealer wise monthly/ yearly plan vs actual incentive calculation.
Preparing department KPI-KRA, monitoring & follow-up.
Monitor and follow-up special project status and accordingly ensure on-time execution and collection report.
Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
Creating reports, forms & and preserve all documents, policies-procedures & other deliverables as per requirement of the management.
Continuously explore the new scope of improvement and bring delivery efficiency and share with the Management team.
Responsible for any other task by management.
