Responsibilities & Context:
1. Preparation of Prequalification and Tender Documents.
2. To prepare all the documents related to the tender.
3. Time to time site visit as per requirement.
4. Assisting in technical work during the project.
5. Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
6. Basic idea create visually appealing graphics, layouts using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Photoshop or Illustrator)
7. Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media.
8. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue.
9. Maintain the technical team with hard working mentality.
10. Prepare report for maintaining the site and up to date reporting boss.
11. Maintaining sales and visit reports.
12. Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
13. Build strong relationships with customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal negotiations.
14. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized influencer marketing solutions.
15. Track sales performance, pipelines, and market trends.
16. Strongly handle in sales, business development, or client servicing
17. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
18. Time to time client visit for business development
19. Frequently travel mentality anywhere in Bangladesh.
