Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and respond to Facebook page and Messenger, whatsapp inquiries from prospective students.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide students regarding programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities.

  • Provide basic counseling and information about study opportunities at UCSI University.

  • Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.

  • Support and coordinate UCSI University campus tours for students and visitors.

  • Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-up activities.

  • Work with the marketing team to support student recruitment campaigns and promotions.

  • Achieve monthly student enrollment and conversion targets.
