• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Masters

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field.

• Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree for Lecturer position and PhD degree for Assistant Professor position in a relevant field with CGPA 3.50 or First Class from a recognized foreign university.

• At least one degree must be from a foreign university, preferably USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Malaysia

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 2-5 years of industry experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Advertising, or related creative fields.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools

• Strong portfolio of creative and/or academic work

• Teaching experience at tertiary level is required

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Prepare course outlines, academic calendars, lesson plans, tutorials, and student schedules in line with UCSI University academic standards.

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, studio-based learning, and practical sessions in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.

• Integrate theoretical knowledge with creative studio practice, industry trends, and digital design technologies.

• Prepare assessment materials, design examination questions, invigilate exams, and evaluate assignments and project work.

• Supervise student design projects, portfolios, internships, dissertations, and research work.

• Mentor students in creative development, academic progress, and career-oriented design practices.

• Contribute to curriculum development, program improvement, and quality assurance activities within FCAD.

• Participate in departmental and university meetings, workshops, and academic committees as required.

• Represent the Faculty in exhibitions, design showcases, academic events, and outreach programs.

• Maintain academic discipline and ensure compliance with institutional policies and the Private University Act 2010.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the University authority.
