Responsibilities & Context:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, student supervision, and research activities.
Supervise dissertations, theses, internships, and student research projects.
Publish research in reputed journals and contribute to academic development and innovation.
Provide academic leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members.
Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, quality assurance, and university committees.
Support student counseling, co-curricular, and community engagement activities.
Represent the University at academic and professional events.
Ensure academic discipline, ethical standards, and compliance with the policies of the University and the Private University Act 2010.
Perform any other duties assigned by the University Management in line with the position of Professor.
