• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Masters

• Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Design

• The minimum requirement is a Master’s degree for Lecturer position and must be PhD degree for Asst. Professor position; in relevant field having CGPA of 3.50 or First Class in respective discipline from a recognized foreign University.

• Master's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, or a closely related field.

• At least one degree, must be from a foreign university, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia or Malaysia.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age 30 to 40 years

• At least 2-5 years of industry experience in: Fashion Design, Marketing, Branding, or related roles.

• Proficiency in design and marketing tools is preferred.

• A strong portfolio of creative and/or scholarly work.

• Teaching experience in tertiary level is required.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Prepare course outlines, academic calendars, lesson plans, tutorials, and student schedules in alignment with UCSI University's academic standards.

• Deliver high-quality teaching, theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, including hands-on training in Fashion Design and Fashion Marketing.

• Conduct extension teaching, research-based instruction, and cooperative field experiences that integrate academic and industry practices.

• Design examination and assessment materials, including question papers; invigilate tests and grade assignments and exam scripts.

• Guide and supervise student projects, industrial training, dissertations, and theses across diploma and undergraduate levels.

• Mentor students in academic, career, co-curricular, and extracurricular pursuits to foster holistic development.

• Participate in curriculum development, program reviews, and quality assurance initiatives within the Department/Faculty.

• Experienced in curriculum development, integrating creative design thinking with contemporary marketing strategies.

• Attend and contribute to departmental and university meetings, seminars, and committees as invited.

• Represent the faculty at official university events, academic fairs, and outreach programs as designated.

• Ensure academic discipline and uphold the Private University Act 2010, particularly regarding student conduct and academic standards at UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus.
