Responsibilities & Context:
শিক্ষাক্রম অনুযায়ী পাঠ পরিকল্পনা ও পাঠদান, আধুনিক পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে মানসম্মত শিক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা। নিরাপদ ও শৃঙ্খলাবদ্ধ শিক্ষাবান্ধব পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ে সিলেবাস সম্পন্ন করা। দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের বিশেষ সহায়তা প্রদান করা, নিয়মিত উপস্থিতি, শ্রেণিকক্ষ ব্যবস্থাপনা, শিক্ষার্থীদের উপস্থিতি ও পরীক্ষায় ফলাফল সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও সময়মতো প্রতিবেদন প্রদান। শৃঙ্খলা, নৈতিকতা ও ভাষার সঠিক ব্যবহারে শিক্ষার্থীদের উদবুদ্ধ করা। সভা, প্রশিক্ষণ ও অভিভাবক কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ, শিক্ষক অভিভাবক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং বিদ্যালয়ের নীতিমালা ও কর্মপরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নে সহযোগিতা প্রদান।
