Position Overview
AYAT Care is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse - Recruitment & Placement to lead the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of caregivers, nannies, and nurses. This role plays a critical part in building and sustaining AYAT Care's caregiving workforce by ensuring the right caregiver is matched to the right client, service quality is maintained, and workforce engagement remains strong.
The position requires a nursing background, strong people management skills, and the ability to bridge caregivers and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Placement:
Recruit caregivers, nannies, and nurses through internal channels, job fairs, and partnerships
Support recruitment of AYAT Care team members for different care-related roles
Conduct interviews, credential verification, and documentation
Match caregivers and nurses to client-specific care needs (elderly care, childcare, nursing, special needs, etc.)
Finalize placements and ensure care services commence with two (02) shifts (morning and night)
Maintain workforce records, contracts, and compliance with AYAT Care policies
2. Training & Upskilling:
Deliver orientation training for newly recruited caregivers and nurses
Organize short training and upskilling sessions to improve service quality
Coordinate with AYAT Care Training Institute (ACTI) for advanced caregiving and nursing modules
3. Engagement & Relationship Management:
Proactively handle caregiver concerns, feedback, and performance issues
Maintain strong engagement with caregivers and nurses to support retention and service quality
4. Partnerships & Expansion:
Build and manage partnerships with organizations, agencies, and institutions to strengthen and expand the caregiver and nursing workforce pipeline
5. Additional Responsibilities:
Support payroll coordination by ensuring accurate placement and shift data
Prepare reports related to recruitment, placement, and workforce performance
Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to workforce recruitment and operations
The selected candidate will receive one (01) week of structured training prior to joining to align with AYAT Care processes, policies, and service standards.
