Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR & Administration Experience in factory/manufacturing sector will be an added advantage

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & labor compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR software

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude

  • Willingness to work extended hours when required



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.

  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, movement, and HR records.

  • Prepare and maintain salary sheets, overtime, increments, and HR reports.

  • Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and labor laws.

  • Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and handle grievances professionally.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Oversee daily administrative and office/factory support operations.

  • Manage office supplies, assets, inventory, and administrative records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies.

  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance services.

  • Maintain licenses, agreements, and statutory documents.

  • Ensure office discipline, safety, and facility management.

  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and management reporting.

  • Any others task assinged by management.
