A. Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and implement structured engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural events
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze engagement metrics
Strengthen onboarding and offboarding experiences
Partner with branch and department leaders to proactively address employee concerns
Lead internal communication initiatives aligned with company values
Drive retention strategies aligned with expansion goals
B. Employer Branding & Talent Positioning
Execute employer branding strategies aligned with business growth
Manage career page content and recruitment marketing materials
Collaborate with Marketing to promote employer branding on digital platforms
Represent Babuland at job fairs and campus drives
Promote company culture and employee success stories
C. HRIS & HR Data Management
Maintain HR data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
Generate periodic HR analytics reports (headcount, turnover, payroll, attendance, etc.)
Coordinate HRIS troubleshooting, upgrades, and improvements
Support digitalization and HR process automation initiatives
D. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Administer bonuses, incentives, leave records, insurance, and other benefits
Support salary review, increment, and promotion cycles
Maintain accurate compensation documentation
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies
