  • Knowledge of Labor Law as well as other applicable rules & regulations.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.

  • Proven Experience in HR roles with advanced HR software systems.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, determining hiring processes for new hires, and creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates.

  • Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime and deductions.

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement advanced performance evaluation methods and appraisal systems.

  • Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend new tools and systems.

  • Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

  • Manage disciplinary procedures, including issuing Show Cause notices, conducting domestic inquiries, and handling grievances in accordance with legal requirements.

·       Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.

  • Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention.
