  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGD in HR will be an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or work experience in HR will be an added advantage.

We are seeking for Officer to join our People & Organization function at Head Office and/or Tongi Plant.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes, ensuring accurate documentation and proper record maintenance.

  • Manage and update employee data in SAP HR and other HR systems with high accuracy, maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely system updates.

  • Assist in coordinating and validating monthly payroll inputs, including salary changes and other variable components, ensuring accurate submission to the payroll vendor and timely salary disbursement.

  • Maintain employee files (both digital and physical) in compliance with company policies, internal standards, and applicable local labor regulations.

  • Generate, review, and analyze regular HR reports from SAP and other HR systems to support operational decision-making and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate and administer HR operational processes, including preparing official correspondence, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
