We are seeking for Officer(s) to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team at Tongi Site and Head Office.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle including RFQ preparation, quotation collection, comparative statement analysis, Price negotiation purchase order creation, customs clearance, and timely material delivery.

  • Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities for machinery, spare parts, standards, reagents, and consumables within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Maintain effective liaison with external organizations like Banks, Insurance companies, C&F Agents, Shipping Agents, etc.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the distributor, resolving issues (delays, damages, complaints), and ensuring clear, timely communication.

  • Verify inventory levels and product availability, ensure smooth replenishment planning, and conduct periodic stock reconciliations.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team for credit management, and coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Warehouse teams.

  • Track distributor performance, support audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance and operational closure.
