• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in HR systems or HRMIS platforms.



Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all factory personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational manpower requirements and defined timelines.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) in compliance with company standards and data confidentiality requirements.

• Monitor and administer employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Prepare, compile, and submit detailed attendance and timekeeping reports to support accurate and timely payroll processing.

• Assist in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters by following company procedures and applicable labor laws.

• Coordinate and implement employee engagement, motivation, and internal communication initiatives to promote a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and improve retention.
