Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Staff Relations, and Staff Wellbeing within an NGO or international organization, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience of designing and delivering training programs focused on employee growth, wellbeing, and performance enhancement.
Familiarity with safeguarding principles and their application in the workplace.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in diverse groups.
Experience using e-learning platforms and digital tools to deliver training content.
Solid understanding of employee wellbeing frameworks and safeguarding policies.
Ability to analyze engagement data and employee feedback to develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
