Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Staff Relations, and Staff Wellbeing within an NGO or international organization, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience of designing and delivering training programs focused on employee growth, wellbeing, and performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with safeguarding principles and their application in the workplace.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in diverse groups.

• Experience using e-learning platforms and digital tools to deliver training content.

• Solid understanding of employee wellbeing frameworks and safeguarding policies.

• Ability to analyze engagement data and employee feedback to develop actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
