Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Environmental Science or a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in market systems development, private sector engagement, or value chain development.

Proven experience in partnership development with private sector, government, and financial institutions.

Experience working in climate-vulnerable or rural livelihood contexts (preferably coastal/haor areas).

Strong understanding of inclusive market systems approaches (e.g., MSD/M4P).

Experience in donor-funded projects and compliance requirements.

Good networking and liaison skills with counterparts and partners.

Experience in writing reports.

Good Computer skills in MS Office and friendly with communications channels and digital solutions.

Good oral and written English and Bangla skills, including report writing.

Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation.

Good understanding of gender in emergencies.

Project Name: Nature Based Adaptation towards Prosperous and Adept Lives & Livelihoods in Bangladesh (NABAPALLAB/ নবপল্লব)

Location: CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
