Position: Assistant Manager – HR & Admin
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Reports To: HR & Admin Head / Managing Director
Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing employee performance, and maintaining operational discipline across Global Pathway Experts Limited and Global Academy Bangladesh.
The role requires a proactive and highly organized professional with strong HR expertise and operational understanding. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in EdTech, service sector, recruitment firms, or sales-driven organizations.
1. Employee Performance & People Management
Monitor and evaluate employee performance across departments to ensure accountability and productivity.
Develop, implement, and track SMART KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide structured, actionable feedback.
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Promote team motivation, engagement, and alignment with company objectives.
2. HR Operations, Compliance & Administration
Ensure full compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, documentation, and reporting systems.
Support internal audits and inspections through proper documentation and compliance tracking.
Oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and daily operational efficiency.
3. Operational Discipline & Process Excellence
Enforce strict adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and performance expectations.
Monitor departmental reporting and deliverables to maintain operational accountability.
Identify gaps in processes, performance, or compliance and implement corrective measures.
Implement and maintain structured systems for attendance, leave management, and internal reporting
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within EdTech, service sector, recruitment, or sales-driven environments.
Experience in performance evaluation systems and KPI development.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
