Additional Requirements:

Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) from a recognized institution is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records through the HRIS system.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management review.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files (both physical and digital).

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts department.

  • Handle HR administrative tasks including ID card issuance, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Arrange interviews, onboarding, induction sessions, and ensure smooth new employee integration.

  • Coordinate exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement procedures.

2. HRIS & Data Management

  • Operate and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.

  • Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in the HRIS platform.

  • Generate HR-related reports and analytics as required.

3. Performance & Employee Engagement

  • Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes and follow up on timely completion.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare programs, cultural events, and team-building activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure all HR practices align with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policy.

  • Assist in policy implementation and employee communication.
