Experience:
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) from a recognized institution is preferred.
1. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records through the HRIS system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management review.
Maintain and update employee personal files (both physical and digital).
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts department.
Handle HR administrative tasks including ID card issuance, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Arrange interviews, onboarding, induction sessions, and ensure smooth new employee integration.
Coordinate exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement procedures.
2. HRIS & Data Management
Operate and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.
Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in the HRIS platform.
Generate HR-related reports and analytics as required.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes and follow up on timely completion.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare programs, cultural events, and team-building activities.
Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
Ensure all HR practices align with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policy.
Assist in policy implementation and employee communication.
