Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.Good understanding of MIS reporting and KPI tracking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Ability to work under pressure in a factory environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Knowledge of garment manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals who are interested in building a career in Operational Excellence within the garment manufacturing industry while working directly with production teams and factory management.
Monitor daily production floor activities and workforce efficiency.
Collect and analyze production-related data for operational reporting.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Support KPI development, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Assist management in analyzing line efficiency, absenteeism, productivity, and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with production, IE, HR, and compliance teams for operational improvement.
Prepare order-closing reports and production performance summaries.
Conduct employee engagement and motivation activities on the production floor.
Identify operational gaps and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Maintain records, dashboards, and performance databases accurately.
Support management in preparing presentations and analytical reports.
