The applicant must have at least 03 years of working experience in a similar position in any project management or construction management environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes to ensure quality hiring decisions.
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment data and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages in alignment with internal equity and Total Rewards guidelines.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and relevant labor regulations during the hiring process.
