Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting) to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes to ensure quality hiring decisions.

  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment data and documentation.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Negotiate compensation packages in alignment with internal equity and Total Rewards guidelines.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and prepare periodic reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and relevant labor regulations during the hiring process.
