Job Context

Horizon International School (Pre-School to Grade 1) is looking for a Contractual Field Outreach & Lead Generation Representative for Uttara. The role involves visiting selected residential areas, meeting parents/guardians, sharing school information, generating quality leads, and supporting the admission process.
This is a work-from-home + field visit (inside Uttara) based contractual position.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit targeted houses/communities in Uttara to introduce Horizon International School and its programs (Pre-School to Grade 1).

• Communicate key school information to parents/guardians (curriculum, facilities, admission process, fees structure overview, etc.).

• Collect and maintain lead information (parent name, contact number, child’s age/grade, preferred visit time, etc.).

• Follow up with interested parents via phone/WhatsApp to encourage school visits and admission inquiries.

• Coordinate with the school admission team to schedule campus visits/meetings.

• Submit daily/weekly lead and visit reports (simple format) and update status of prospects.

• Maintain professional conduct, proper communication, and represent the school positively.

• Support admission conversion by guiding parents on next steps and documentation requirements.

Compensation & Benefits (Mention in context or salary section)

• Base Salary: BDT 10,000 (Monthly)

• Mobile Recharge: BDT 500 (Monthly)

• Travel Convenience: BDT 2,000 (Monthly) for work inside Uttara

• Incentive: 5% – 10% on confirmed admissions (as per school policy)
