Job Title: Pre-Play & Play Group Teacher

Salary: 8,000- 10,000 BDT

Job Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Pre-Play & Play Group Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education industry, especially in working with young children.

The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, friendly, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn through play and activity-based methods.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct daily classroom activities for Pre-Play and Play Group students

• Prepare simple lesson plans and age-appropriate learning activities

• Teach basic concepts such as letters, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and storytelling

• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development

• Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a child-friendly environment

• Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior

• Participate in school programs, meetings, and events as required

Requirements:

• Must be from the education industry

• Experience in preschool, playgroup, kindergarten, or similar institutions preferred

• Must be patient, sincere, well-mannered, and child-friendly

• Good communication and classroom management skills are required
