Lesson Planning and Instruction: Developing lesson plans and delivering instruction according to the curriculum, ensuring quality education through the use of modern pedagogical methods.
Learning Environment and Syllabus Management: Maintaining a safe, disciplined, and learner-friendly environment while ensuring the timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
Student Support and Classroom Management: Providing specialized assistance to struggling students, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring regular attendance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and examination results, and submitting progress reports in a timely manner.
Mentorship and Values: Encouraging students to uphold discipline, strong ethics, and the correct use of language.
Professional Collaboration and Engagement: Participating in meetings, training sessions, and parental engagement activities; maintaining strong teacher-parent relationships and cooperating in the implementation of school policies and action plans.
