Job Title: International Corporate Sales Trainee (Overseas Position)

The Opportunity

We are seeking 12 high-potential candidates for an intensive 12-month skill development residency. This program is designed to transform trainees into elite Corporate Sales Executives, culminating in a full-time overseas deployment to a developed international market.

Phase 1: 12-Month Development (Local)

During the first year, you will be onboarded as a part-time trainee to master the technical and cultural competencies required for international trade.

• Monthly Stipend: 10,000 [Currency]

• Time Commitment: 5 days a week.

  • 3 hours daily (On-site/In-class skill development).

  • 2 hours daily (Strategic assignments/Homework).

• Curriculum: Advanced negotiation, international business etiquette, and corporate sales psychology.

Phase 2: International Deployment (Overseas)

Upon successful completion of the 12-month training period, candidates will be officially deployed overseas.

• Role: Corporate Sales Executive.

• Location: International Posting (Developed Country).
