Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote training programs and career opportunities.
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and career pathways.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through consistent communication and support.
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Provide feedback from clients to improve course offerings and services.
