Position: Pre-Sales Manager

Location: Dhaka

Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Manager will support the sales team by providing technical and commercial solutions, preparing proposals, and assisting in client presentations to ensure the successful acquisition of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand business and technical requirements.

  • Develop technical solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and costing sheets.

  • Support tender documentation and submission.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.

  • Coordinate with engineering/technical teams for solution validation.

  • Provide pre-bid clarification support.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience in proposal writing and costing.

  • Ability to understand technical products/services.

  • Strong coordination and analytical skills.

Skills Required:

  • Proposal & tender management

  • Costing & budgeting

  • Technical understanding (industry dependent)
