Responsibilities & Context:

*Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly KPI targets are properly set, filled, tracked, and reviewed for branches, regions, and teams with timely reporting to management.

  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for counselors to improve sales skills, service quality, and product knowledge.

  • Ensure effective use of CRM and reporting tools for accurate sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Maintain and monitor branch-wise, region-wise, and country-wise sales performance, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets while supporting sales planning, forecasting, corrective actions, and expansion initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, growth initiatives, and operational improvements to ensure high customer experience standards.

  • Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing activities including seminars, fairs, workshops, and field promotions to ensure strong local brand visibility within the education industry.

  • Lead B2B outreach and maintain strategic relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate partners.

  • Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing and online sales campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversion ratios.

  • Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships, including coordination with British Council IELTS Exam Registration Centers.

  • Lead, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) by setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and driving new revenue opportunities.

  • Train, supervise, and evaluate counselors to enhance sales effectiveness, service quality, and accurate CRM-based reporting.

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, expansion plans, and operational improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
