*Key Responsibilities:
Ensure monthly KPI targets are properly set, filled, tracked, and reviewed for branches, regions, and teams with timely reporting to management.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for counselors to improve sales skills, service quality, and product knowledge.
Ensure effective use of CRM and reporting tools for accurate sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Maintain and monitor branch-wise, region-wise, and country-wise sales performance, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets while supporting sales planning, forecasting, corrective actions, and expansion initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, growth initiatives, and operational improvements to ensure high customer experience standards.
Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing activities including seminars, fairs, workshops, and field promotions to ensure strong local brand visibility within the education industry.
Lead B2B outreach and maintain strategic relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate partners.
Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing and online sales campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversion ratios.
Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships, including coordination with British Council IELTS Exam Registration Centers.
Lead, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) by setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and driving new revenue opportunities.
Train, supervise, and evaluate counselors to enhance sales effectiveness, service quality, and accurate CRM-based reporting.
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, expansion plans, and operational improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
