Position Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Preference will be given to individuals experienced in working with Chinese battery manufacturing company (Mishuk & Rickshaw)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Executive in Sales & Marketing. This role is vital in broadening the company’s business reach in the Battery sector, covering EV, Rickshaw, and Mishuk battery segments. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the business network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to broaden market reach in the battery sector.
- Build and manage a robust distribution network, including corporate clients and dealers.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, including planning and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and collect sales proceeds, ensuring timely financial transactions.
- Lead and oversee the sales team within the assigned area, ensuring team targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying and escalating opportunities to expand the company's sales network.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the senior management team on sales performance and market conditions.
Office days & Time: (Saturday – Thursday), 9:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M
