Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute 3-5-year strategic growth initiatives and data-driven investment plans to capture market share in high-growth regions.

  • P&L Management: Assume full accountability for regional profit and loss, overseeing multi-million dollar revenue streams and optimizing resource allocation.

  • Market Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies for flagship product lines, managing extensive distribution networks including hundreds of distributors and core partners.

  • Team Development: Build and manage large-scale, cross-functional teams (up to 150+ members), focusing on talent retention and a 15%+ improvement in regional productivity.

  • Channel & Retail Optimization: Refine channel distribution and retail operations to drive brand visibility and sell-through rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Synchronize efforts between R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches, such as high-impact "Heat Boost" campaigns.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of leadership experience in foreign trade and market expansion, specifically within consumer electronics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Trade, Business, or Language Studies).

  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Arabic and English is required; knowledge of Bengali is a significant advantage.

  • Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to manage markets contributing significantly to national sales (e.g., 28% of national volume) and achieving "Best Profit Region" accolades.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and market research tools.

  • Certified graduate of prestigious leadership programs (e.g., Navigator or Qingyun Leadership).

  • Deep cultural fluency and operational experience in Bangladesh or similar emerging markets.
