Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Doctorate or advanced qualification in Digital HR / Transformation is a strong advantage.15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within multinational or large-scale organizations.Proven experience leading HR digital transformation and people strategy initiatives.Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR governance frameworks relevant to South Asia / Bangladesh context.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. People Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals, workforce plans, and long-term growth objectives.

  • Lead organizational design, manpower planning, and budgeting processes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.

  • Drive culture transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and employer branding strategies.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on change management, talent sustainability, and succession planning.

2. Digital HR & Transformation Leadership

  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives including HRIS optimization, people analytics, and automation of HR processes.

  • Design, develop, or oversee digital HR tools (e.g., onboarding systems, performance management platforms, employee self-service solutions).

  • Leverage AI, data analytics, and digital insights to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experience.

  • Ensure adoption of digital solutions through change management, training, and communication initiatives.

3. Performance & Talent Architecture

  • Own and continuously enhance the performance management framework, ensuring alignment between individual KPIs and organizational objectives.

  • Design performance architectures suitable for both white-collar and frontline/operational employees.

  • Support leadership in identifying high-potential talent and implementing development and retention strategies.

4. Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive internal communication strategies using digital channels to ensure transparency and employee alignment.

  • Champion DEI, wellbeing, and “Great Place to Work” initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and trust.

5. HR Operations, Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee core HR operations including payroll governance, benefits administration, and vendor/SLA management.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to Bangladesh.

  • Lead HR audits, SOP development, and process standardization to ensure operational excellence and governance.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop HR teams to build high-performance, agile HR capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated people solutions.

  • Manage external partners and consultants to ensure quality delivery and value optimization.
