Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Doctorate or advanced qualification in Digital HR / Transformation is a strong advantage.15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within multinational or large-scale organizations.Proven experience leading HR digital transformation and people strategy initiatives.Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR governance frameworks relevant to South Asia / Bangladesh context.
Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals, workforce plans, and long-term growth objectives.
Lead organizational design, manpower planning, and budgeting processes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
Drive culture transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and employer branding strategies.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on change management, talent sustainability, and succession planning.
Lead HR digital transformation initiatives including HRIS optimization, people analytics, and automation of HR processes.
Design, develop, or oversee digital HR tools (e.g., onboarding systems, performance management platforms, employee self-service solutions).
Leverage AI, data analytics, and digital insights to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experience.
Ensure adoption of digital solutions through change management, training, and communication initiatives.
Own and continuously enhance the performance management framework, ensuring alignment between individual KPIs and organizational objectives.
Design performance architectures suitable for both white-collar and frontline/operational employees.
Support leadership in identifying high-potential talent and implementing development and retention strategies.
Lead employee engagement surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop HR teams to build high-performance, agile HR capabilities.
