• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Training/Trade Course:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, School
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 25 years

• Fluency in both English and Bangla.

• For spoken English, Experienced and IELTS scorers of any subject will be given preference.

• Conduct spoken classes following institutional guidelines

• Prepare students for both Academic & General IELTS modules

• Design lesson plans and prepare syllabus according to modules

• Take regular mock tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback

• Monitor and evaluate students’ classwork and homework

• Maintain attendance and academic records

• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and counseling to identify students’ weak areas

• Help students achieve their target IELTS scores

• Take proactive initiatives to improve academic quality

• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution
