• Experience in related position for 2- 3 years.

• Candidate must be very good in English.

• Experience in mid school teaching under Cambridge Education Board for 10 years.

• Good knowledge in classroom management, students and parents dealing is essentially required.

• High level of proficiency Both in English and Bengali is essential.

• Fully responsible for the academics of STD V - VII.

• Development, re-enforce and review of school academic policies, rules and regulations.

• Recheck lesson plans, syllabus, lecture materials, Question Papers and other related materials.

• Provide guidance & feedback to teachers and to the In-charge.

• Arrange and conduct teachers` training.

• Developing and reinforce strategies to improve student performance.Parents` handling.Collaborate with school administrators and personnel.

• Active supervision in School events.

• Selected candidate needs to travel to Uttara (Sector # 3) on regular basis.
