Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing. Expert in First World & Schengen countries.

  • Knowledge of Visa rejections & compliances

  • Provide Visa counselling to clients

  • Must know visa rules, documents & procedures. Good communication in Bangla & English.

  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset

  • USA, UK, CANADA VISA EXPERT WILL GET PRIORITY

  • Expert in First World & Schengen countries (visa processing)



Responsibilities & Context:

Visa Application Processing:

  • Review visa applications to ensure all required documents are submitted.

    1. Evaluate applicants' eligibility based on immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

    2. Determine the appropriate type of visa for the applicant (student, work, tourist, etc.).

Documentation Verification:

  • Ensure that all supporting documents (e.g., passport, financial statements, invitation letters, academic records) are authentic and meet the legal requirements.

Decision-Making:

  • Make decisions regarding the approval or rejection of visa applications.

    1. Provide recommendations to superiors on complex or ambiguous cases.

    2. Handle appeals or reapplications in cases where visas have been denied.

Customer Service:

  • Communicate with visa applicants and provide clear instructions on the application process, required documentation, and timelines.

    1. Assist applicants with visa-related queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth process.

    2. Handle complaints or requests for clarification professionally and efficiently.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all visa applications adhere to the relevant legal frameworks and international agreements.

    1. Collaborate with law enforcement or immigration authorities in cases of suspicious activities or fraud.

    2. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal data and follow data protection policies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections in the system.

    1. Prepare reports on visa statistics, trends, and issues for management or government departments.

    2. Ensure that all decisions are documented and justify the outcomes in line with policies.

Training and Development:

  • Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and bilateral agreements between countries.

    1. Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills in visa processing and international laws.
