Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 22 to 50 years

1. Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front desk service at all times

2. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

3. Verify guest identification and complete registration documentation

4. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a polite and timely manner

5. Provide information about hotel facilities, restaurant, café, and event services

6. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with courtesy and professionalism

7. Manage room reservations from walk-in guests, phone, and online booking platforms (OTA)

8. Prepare guest bills, process payments, and issue receipts correctly

9. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status and guest issues

10. Maintain daily logs, shift handover reports, and guest records

11. Ensure confidentiality of guest information and follow hotel policies and procedures

12. Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline as per company standards

13. Represent the hotel brand positively and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
