• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism / Business Administration

• Professional certification or Master’s degree will be an added advantage

• Oversee daily resort operations to ensure excellent guest experience

• Manage front office housekeeping food & beverage and guest services

• Maintain high standards of hospitality service quality and cleanliness

• Develop and implement SOPs and hospitality service standards

• Handle guest complaints feedback and service recovery professionally

• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate hospitality staff

• Coordinate with sales and marketing for occupancy and promotional plans

• Monitor budgets revenue and cost control measures

• Ensure compliance with health safety and hospitality regulations

• Manage vendors procurement and inventory efficiently

• Oversee events banquets and special guest arrangements

• Ensure property maintenance in coordination with engineering teams

• Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to management

• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service quality

• Represent the resort with guests partners and external stakeholders

• T/A,Provident fund,Medical allowance,Insurance,Gratuity,Mobile bill
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
