• Age 24 to 34 years

1. Advise clients on visa requirements and application procedures.

2. Review and verify visa documents for accuracy and completeness.

3. Prepare and submit visa applications to embassies and visa centers.

4. Track application status and update clients regularly.

5. Coordinate with embassies, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

6. Stay updated on visa regulations and immigration policies.

7. Maintain accurate records of applications, passports, and client documents.

8. Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with company policies.

9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve visa-related issues professionally.

10. Prepare basic reports and perform other visa-related duties assigned by management.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, travel agency operations, or customer service (preferred).

    • Good knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.

    • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online visa application systems.

    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet embassy deadlines.

    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
