Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Minimum 2 years experience in tourist visa counseling & Visa process of different countries.
  • The applicants should have full understanding in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Ticket booking & Reservation, Ticket Cancelling & Refund, Reissue.
  • Careful in checking and preparing documents
  • Ability to manage many applications at the same time problem solving skills for rejected or delayed visas willing to stay updated with latest visa and travel policies strong mindset to meet the sales target.
  • Only Experience People can apply.
  • Skilled in booking, issuing, reissuing, and refund calculations in compliance with IATA rules.
  • GDS qualified and good knowledge of Reservation & Ticketing.
  • Very good knowledge of the current airline market.
  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and modifications to ensure ticket accuracy.
  • Good connection and knowledge of local Agents and their business.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Candidate must be knowledge on GDS System (Booking, Issue, Re Issue & Refund Calculation)
  • Candidate must be knowledge to modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures.
  • Candidate must knowledge other travel documents to issue the ticket
  • Responsibilities & Context
  • Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
  • Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·  
  • Familiarity with travel documentation requirements for ticket issuance.
  • Use of personal mobile phones during working hours is strictly prohibited, except in emergencies with prior permission.
  • Working hours will follow standard office time.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years



Responsibilities & Context:

Context: As a Tourist Visa Expert you will play a crucial role in empowering clients throughout their overseas travel journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Counsel the clients about different countries like (UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, Japan, Korea etc.)
  • Have to motivate personal clients to the company.
  • Help clients choose the right visa category
  • Assist in filling and submitting visa application forms
  • Check and arrange all necessary documents (Passport, bank statement, travel plan )
  • Review and verify all necessary documents before submission
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
  • Prepare clients for visa interviews if required
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for biometrics or interviews
  • ensure compliance with visa regulations and guidelines.
  • Keep updated information about embassy policies and travel rules
  • Provide polite and professional customer service
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
