Responsibilities & Context:
Checklist Compliance: Organize files according to the specific checklist of different Embassies (e.g., knowing the difference between French and Italian visa requirements).
Client Conversion: Handle inquiries regarding Europe/Schengen visas and convert potential leads into office visits and file bookings.
Problem Solving: Advise clients on how to improve their profile to minimize rejection risks.
Updates: Stay updated with the latest policy changes of European Embassies.
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
