Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for an experienced Schengen (Europe) expert to join our team at Visa Guardian Consultancy. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the visa policies for & 29 Schengen countries (e.g., France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, etc.). Your main role will be to guide clients through the strict documentation process for European & midleast visas and ensure high success rates.

Job Responsibilities

• Expertise: Provide expert consultancy specifically for Canada UK, Australia, and Schengen Tourist and Business visas.

• Documentation Specialist: Prepare strong Cover Letters, detailed day-to-day Travel Itineraries, and arrange necessary Hotel/Flight bookings.

• File Assessment: Analyze the client’s Bank Statements and financial documents strictly to match Embassy requirements.

• VFS Management: Assist clients with VFS Global appointment scheduling, form filling, and biometric submission guidance.

• Checklist Compliance: Organize files according to the specific checklist of different Embassies

• Client Conversion: Handle inquiries regarding Europe/Schengen visas and convert potential leads into office visits and file bookings.

• Problem Solving: Advise clients on how to improve their profile to minimize rejection risks.

• Updates: Stay updated with the latest policy changes of European Embassies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's/Honors

• Diploma

• Skills Required: Specialist/ Consultant, Visa Processing

Experience Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience
