• Age 22 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of visit, business, PR, and migration visa processes.

• Excellent communication in Bengali and English, with strong client-handling and correspondence skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, digital documentation systems and travel software

• .High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Smart, well-presented, and able to work under pressure.

• Integrity, professionalism, and teamwork are a must.

• Manage the entire visa application process – from document verification and form submission to appointment scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations for destinations such as USA, UK, Canada, Schengen countries, and Australia.

• Guide clients in preparing accurate documentation and keep them updated with current visa rules and policies.

• Review files handled by junior staff to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain professional relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for smooth coordination.

• Handle complex or urgent visa cases efficiently and provide effective solutions.

• Monitor visa file status, update clients, and prepare performance reports.

• Stay updated with global immigration policies and travel advisories.

• Attending online queries, phone calls, emails & chats.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
