• Must have Experience in Travel/ Hospitality Industry minimum 01 years.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both Bengali & English.
• Proficient in Client handling face-to-face Meet, skilled in managing phone calls, and experienced in engaging with clients via social media platforms.
• Candidate must have good sales and convincing skills.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of Word, Excel and internet tools as well as familiarity with travel-related software applications and tools.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Preferably holds a degree or diploma in travel and tourism or relevant work experience.

• Attending online queries, phone calls, emails & chats.

• Selling Domestic & International holiday package.

• Helping clients with travel advice & information.

• Creating customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

• Staying updated with industry trends, promotions and new travel products.

• Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters like visas, insurance, and health requirements.
