Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of visit, business, PR, and migration visa processes.
Excellent communication in Bengali and English, with strong client-handling and correspondence skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, digital documentation systems and travel software
.High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Smart, well-presented, and able to work under pressure.
Integrity, professionalism, and teamwork are a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the entire visa application process – from document verification and form submission to appointment scheduling.
Ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations for destinations such as USA, UK, Canada, Schengen countries, and Australia.
Guide clients in preparing accurate documentation and keep them updated with current visa rules and policies.
Review files handled by junior staff to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain professional relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for smooth coordination.
Handle complex or urgent visa cases efficiently and provide effective solutions.
Monitor visa file status, update clients, and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with global immigration policies and travel advisories.
Attending online queries, phone calls, emails & chats.
Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
