Responsibilities & Context: Communicate with students.
Student Visa File Submission & Application Process .
Ensuring all necessary documentation of Student Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.
Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.
Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for student visa.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures .
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
