• Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Communicate with students.

• Student Visa File Submission & Application Process .

• Ensuring all necessary documentation of Student Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.

• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.

• Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.

• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.

• Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for student visa.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.

• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures .

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
