Job Context

We are looking for Restaurant Managers to lead the daily operations of Helium`s flagship outlets -ensuring excellence in service, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising teams, managing resources, and maintaining operational efficiency, while reflecting Helium`s dynamic and culture-driven standards of modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance withbrand standards.

• Lead, motivate, and train service, kitchen, and front-desk teams for peak performance.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation to uphold Helium`s brand reputation.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in coordination with the central procurement team.

• Handle customer feedback, reservations, and service recovery with professionalism.

• Prepare and review daily sales reports, targets, and shift rosters.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and labor standards.

• Coordinate with management for marketing activities, outlet audits, and process improvements.
